Thoughts from a brand new blogger

This is my first blog posting. I've set this up for 3 reasons:
1) To announce the forthcoming publication of my first book "Landlord Marketing Secrets". Target publication date of late '09.
2) To create a forum for sharing thoughts and insights into my experiences in marketing (over 10 years on the agency side) and managing rental properties (over 15 years).
3) To bounce off ideas and insights from the practice of marketing and how it affects practically every type of business or organization and almost every individual in the world.
